I started this blog not only to share low calorie meal ideas but also to help myself stay on track with my diet. I'm no expert on dieting or nutrition, these are just things that I like and want to share.

GRAND TOTAL - 260
Homemade pizza (Whole wheat pita bread (140), reduced fat mozzarella (120), tomato& green pepper (10), olives (25) & tomato sauce (20)) Grand Total is 315 calories.
You can also make this with a whole wheat tortilla.

Simple turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with pinapple upside down cake (in yogurt form of course :))
